Your Tuesday group, all in one place

The
Trail Golf

Every Course Live Leaderboard GPS Yardages

The Trail began in a golf cart on the back nine, four friends off four different tee boxes, and no easy answer to the only question that mattered: who's winning? We wanted an app that could hold our whole group. Somewhere we could play together off any tees, keep every score we ever posted, and watch a live board settle the day while we were still out in it. That became The Trail Golf. Your people, your courses, your whole golf story: live leaderboards, a handicap that keeps itself, and a Passport that turns every course out here into one long adventure.

The real reason people stop playing

It's not the golf.
It's showing up that's hard.

You move somewhere new and you don't know anybody at the club yet. You get invited to play and your first thought isn't "fun," it's "what if I'm the worst one out there." Skip a season and the game moves on without you.

The Trail Golf is built around the two things that actually keep you playing: a game that's fair no matter who you're playing with, and a way to meet the people you'll end up playing it with for years.

The heart of it

You won by one.
"How?"

Live · Gross & net · Every course

That's the magic of net.

Here's the beautiful part. Your handicap comes off your score first, so the board crowns whoever played their best golf today, not whoever's been playing since high school. He shot 79. You shot 94. Take your strokes and you're on top by one, and he's buying lunch. That's not charity. That's golf's oldest gift: any two players, any skill, a fair game.

Post your score from the cart and it's on the board before the group walks off 18. Gross for the purists, raw score, lowest number wins. Net so everybody's got a reason to show up Tuesday.

Boards are split by tee, so a card from the forward tees is never stacked against one from the back. And it isn't a national feed of strangers. It's the people you actually play with, on the courses you actually play.

The app

Everything your golf life needs

Trail Passport

Your Passport to the whole community

The Passport is your reason to wander. Every course you play earns a stamp, from the championship clubs to the pitch and putts, and the empty spots on the map start calling your name. It gets you off your home track, out to nines you've never seen, playing alongside people you haven't met yet. Every course out here. One long quest. Yours.

GPS yardages, free

Stop paying $50 a year to know the yardage

Front, center and back on every mapped course, free, forever, all four pitch and putts included. Other apps charge fifty dollars a year for numbers. Out here, your money goes toward something better: the live boards, the friends list, the community that makes a Tuesday round feel like a member-guest. Yardages are table stakes. Spend on the part you'll remember.

Your crew

See what everybody shot

Add the people you play with and their rounds show up next to yours. You'll know who broke 80 on Tuesday before they get a chance to tell you about it. Which, let's be honest, they were going to anyway.

Trail Handicap

No more math in a golf cart

The same World Handicap System math golfers already trust, calculated for you from the scores you're already entering. It updates as you post, so the Tuesday game stays fair and nobody in the cart does arithmetic again.

Zero setup

Every course, ready to go

Fifteen championship clubs, including the 27 hole ones where your round depends on which two nines you drew. Forty five executive courses. Four pitch and putts. If you can get there by cart, it's in the app.

Built for out here

Readable at noon in July

Big buttons and high contrast, made to be read one-handed in real Florida sun with a glove on. Nothing buried three menus deep. You should be able to put in a score between the green and the next tee without slowing anybody down.

How it works

Three taps to on the board

1

Add your friends and pick your course. The app already knows every hole, tee, and rotation, with GPS yardages as you go.

2

Tap in your scores as you play, stroke play or Stableford, and your Trail Handicap updates automatically.

3

See where you stand on the course's live leaderboard, gross and net, and watch your Passport grow.

After your trial

Your game stays yours.
Free, for good.

Free forever

Your own quest

Every round you play, logged. Your stats, your Trail Handicap, your trophies, your GPS yardages, and the Passport: one long run at conquering every course out here, stamp by stamp, championship clubs down to the pitch and putts. Nobody takes that away when the trial ends. It's your game and your record, for as long as you play.

With a membership

The name you keep seeing on the board

Third Tuesday in a row, there he is, two spots above you at Pelican. By week five you know his name. By week eight you're in the same foursome. That's what a membership is: the running game that turns names on a board into people you play with. Live leaderboards on every course, your friends' rounds next to yours, and men's day and ladies' day watched live from your own cart, a full field out the same morning instead of a recap sometime next week.

How to get in

One door open at a time

Every spot is claimed in the order it's taken. When a group fills, it closes for good and the next one opens. No reruns, no encores, no back by popular demand. Gone is gone.
